In attendance from Haymes Paints was: Ryan Howatt, Greg Robinson, Kosta Condos and Jeff Cooper.
Gary Power from C&A Brushware spoke about rollers and brushes, and the origins of both hog bristle and synthetic bristle brushes. All brushes are made here in Australia with the synthetic fabric used on the rollers being imported from Italy. The new painter's tape was on show with it's 14 day removal feature at an affordable price compared to known brands. Ask for it next time you call in!
Sample bags and lucky door prizes were handed out and we got the chance to talk with our tradies about business and other interesting chit chat! Refreshments were served and it was great getting to know our customers.
Did you know: After 7 days curing time you can drive a truck over the Ultimate Epoxy Coating?
Did you know: That HOT TYRE PICK UP happens because the paint is not adhering well to the surface. To ensure this DOES NOT HAPPEN you MUST acid etch or grind the concrete and then you must rinse the acid away well. Any acid residue is like a fine sand and can prevent the paint adhering. Ask us about the prep and do it well and your paint finish will last and be tough and long lasting.
