We know that from time to time, you may wish to return a portion or even your entire purchase. In this case a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your purchase price and the balance will be credited to your credit card. Faulty products are the exception. A Tax Invoice must be produced.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sales items, non-Australian orders, special non stock orders, cut lengths of wallpapers,samples or contact papers, special indent orders, tinted paint, aerosols, unless the product is defective.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORISED.
If you would like to return a product, you must email our contact us page to get a return authorisation number to return with the goods and return address. Without this number your account will not be credited.
NB. ANY APPROVED REFUND MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS AND MUST HAVE A TAX INVOICE FOR PROOF OF PURCHASE. IF NO TAX INVOICE CAN BE SHOWN THEN WE MAY REFUSE REFUND OR WE MAY OFFER A LESSER AMOUNT. WE MAY ALSO OFFER STORE CREDIT TO BE USED WITHIN 6 MONTHS. THIS WILL BE AT THE DESCRETION OF MANAGEMENT.
Please note, defective wallcoverings is not subject to the restocking fee. If you feel you have a faulty product then contact us and we will phone or email you within 2 working days. All returns must be made within 30 days from the time the product is delivered to you.
Only uncut, unopened products in their original factory packaging are returnable.
You will need to pay the return freight charges and these charges are not refundable unless faulty products are involved.
The original freight cost will not be refunded unless faulty.
Your credit card will only be credited for the value of the goods less the 30% restocking fee after they have been returned.
Opened and damaged products are not returnable.
OVER OR UNDER ORDERING OF WALLPAPERS
Crockers are happy to assist you with calculating the quantity of rolls you require. We do however recommend you have a paperhanger give you a measure and quote, or go to our section on FAQ's for how to hang wallpapers. We can assist you in calculations, based on the information given by you only. We will also allow excess for some wallpapers as they may have a large pattern repeat. We will not be held responsible for wallpaper rolls short or left over so please make your choices carefully. There are strictly NO REFUNDS on any excess rolls that have been especially ordered in for you. Falling short and then ordering more later can result in different batch/run numbers which can vary in colour and shade to the original order. Please contact us if you need to discuss your options.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS REPLACEMENT POLICY
Carefully examine your order for colour, design, quality or imperfections before cutting. Claims against wallcoverings will not be accepted after cutting the product.
If you have received an order that is damaged or defective, contact us and we will resolve this as soon as possible for you.
Our suppliers will replace any defective merchandise with merchandise of equal value. No claims on labour costs will be entered into under any circumstance. Installation is to be considered the buyer's responsibility.
Please note, defective wallpaper or fabric is not subject to the restocking fee.
Contact us to notify us of any defective product or incorrect order. We will have your replacement product sent to you as soon as possible. If product is defective we will converse with our supplier first. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT UNTIL WE CONTACT YOU WITH FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS.

Please include a copy of the invoice and other correspondence you have pertaining to this order, inside the package. Once we receive the defective product, we will issue you a refund for the cost of the defective product, plus reimburse your freight cost to return the defective product. Or we may send a replacement. Only Australia Post Registered Parcel or Express Post satchels freight charges will be reimbursed.
